- Order of July 7, 2026. Denied Defendants motion to Quash Deposition of Taylor Oldroyd. That deposition was taken.
- Order of March 24, 2026. Grants Plaintiffs’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgement that the Order of July 8, 2025 includes “all” books and records needed by officers and directors to exercise their duties. The officers nor directors have seen the General Ledger or any line item of income.
- Order of March 24, 2026. Ordered that officers and directors of BOD are entitled to access all corporation information… And Ordered the TBO Section 22.351 included 25 items of documents, financial records, emails, General Ledgers, etc.
- Order March 24, 2026. Denied Defendants motion for Summary Judgement.
- Order March 6, 2026. Granted Plaintiffs’ motion to file exhibits in a timely manner.
- Order of February 12, 2026. Denied Defendants motion to compel and granted Plaintiffs’ motion for Protection.
- Order of December 12, 2025. Denied Plantiffs’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgment.
- Order of September 18, 2025. Order to Mediate.
- Order of August 29, 2025. Order setting pretrial hearing date of September 16, 2026.
- Order of August 13, 2025. Scheduling order.
- Order of July 8, 2025. Granted Plaintiff Summary Judgement. Declared the 2024 vote count of Members to be valid and therefore the following persons were elected to office effective October 10, 2025 and deemed to have held office since January 1, 2025.

- Order of April 2, 2025. Temporary Injunction between parties that included “The Defendants shall not take any actions outside the ordinary course of business during the pendency of this litigation, without first obtaining prior court approval.” This is the majority of violations. For example, the CEO was given a raise in annual income that today exceeds $200,000/year. He also was given a yearly bonus of $15,000. He asked the accounting firm to “gross up” the $15,000 so that he would receive that amount instead of the amount less taxes.
