There are 23 members of the 2026 Board of Directors.
Three are officers and 15 Directors that are elected by the membership. One is the past president; and the other 4 are appointed by the President subject to approval by the BOD.
ARBOR has a non-profit corporation, commonly known as ARBOR and a for-profit one knonw as NTREC.
Each officer and Director has a fiduciary responsibily to the membership and the corporation to be stewards of the financial success of the corporations. They are the gatekeepers that we, the members have trusted them to watch and inquire about items that look questionable.
